What value did Jane add to your company? In addition to exceptional design and artistic capabilities, Jane has superb customer skills. She is able to draw out the details of what a customer is looking for and then translate those ideas into results that exceed the customer's expectations.
How would you describe Jane's management style (If applicable)? Although not her primary role, Jane is a very capable supervisor and manager, able to meet cost and schedule, and motivate people to perform better than they think they can.
What was Jane's reason for departure? Unfortunately, the contract is closing out and being transitioned to another contractor ... a situation completely out of Jane’s ability to control or influence.
Would you work with Jane again? If no, why not? I have hired her back once already after a short absence and am desperately looking for a way to retain her services now. If I am unsuccessful in the short term, I will always be eager to have Jane back on my team! She will always be my first choice!

What value did Jane add to your company? Jane provided tremendous value to the operations of the 50th Space Wing at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. She managed an office responsible for multimedia services of all kinds for the entire base. For my unit, she and her staff provided a variety of visual media both hardcopy (signs, display charts and posters) and electronic (powerpoint presentations and documents with pictures, graphs, etc.), videoteleconferencing support (arranging, set up, monitoring), as well as presentation/ceremony support (microphones, podium, slide projection capability, placards, etc.).
How would you describe Jane's management style (If applicable)? Jane is actively engaged as a manager. She works in the same room as her staff and is able to monitor multiple ongoing projects. She is excellent with people. Energetic and highly motivated, her positive energy and dedication to mission sets a high performance standard for those around her.
Would you work with Jane again? If no, why not? Absolutely, yes. Jane has tremendous talent in the visual and graphic arts. She has a tremendous eye for color, balance and use of space. Her dedication to her customers and tireless work ethic would make her an asset in any service organization.
